HIST 4A – Fall 2007 – Week X TA: Jessica Elliott Timeline Review for Final Exam OPTIONAL Timeline Review for Final Exam This is a guide for making an OPTIONAL timeline of significant historical events and people from the second half of the course. If you choose to make a timeline, you may turn it in before the final exam (so, any time before 4 PM on Thursday 13 December) for extra credit. As you make the timeline, think about significance—not just dates! WHY might I want you to know these particular events? WHY are these rulers important? What historical developments did these events cause/begin or resolve/end??? Please note that the following terms are NOT in chronological order—that’s your job!! Also note that these are NOT the only important terms to know for the final exam! These are just a starting point … I. Dates of composition for all the documents that we’ve read. Also make sure that you know the authors (their names, dates, homelands, etc.) of all the documents, in case
