To be able to write about motivation, it is crucial that one understands the word in particular.According to an article by Lesley Graybiel (2017), "Using Charles Handy's ManagementTheory", motivation is a process or action that management can take to see that its employee ishappy and productive in the work he does. There have been numerous studies and CharlesHandy and Maslow's theories have been developed so that they can be motivated within theorganization to increase productivity. There are three major types of motivational theories thatHandy [Citation Cha99 \ l 1033] believes to be productive at any university or institution in theworld. That is, incentives, satisfaction, and intrinsic theory. However, there is an impact of thismotivation and how it can be useful and negative for workers in the workplace when they aredemotivated. This essay will discuss how the author (Handy) attempted to carry from twodifferent aspects according to well-known groups.To begin, this can be achieved by habitually adapting to a range of strategies to motivateactivists at the University of South Pacific.
