I'm a 15 year old female, 5'6, and I weigh 82 lbs. I try staying under 250 calories a day and avoiding foods with an excess of something I consider unhealthy, such as saturated fat. It's like I'm looking for the PERFECT food to have a perfect diet and a perfect life. The consistency of restricting and consuming only "safe foods" makes me feel in control-‐ or at least temporarily. Lately, I'm becoming more and more obsessed about food, weight, and calories. I will plan on eating something such as a Fiber One 50 calorie yogurt, or maybe a half cup of Kix cereal, or a fruit such as a kiwi, small apple, or tangerine... And then I start worrying that I won't feel full after, I'll want to eat more and go over my safe range of calories for the day, ultimately losing control.
