Personal health goals are an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In order to set these goals, we must first assess our sleep, nutrition, and exercise habits. After doing this, it is easier to understand the areas that need improvement. After recording my habits for a week, it has brought to my attention the importance of healthy behaviors and practices.After charting my sleep habits every night for a week, I have concluded that ultimately, I get the recommended amount of sleep. The minimum amount I received that week was nine hours and forty-five minutes. The maximum amount was eleven hours and fifty minutes; almost twelve hours. This led me to question why I was still so constantly fatigued. My parents and I have come to the conclusion that I have low iron levels, which is causing me to feel tired. To investigate further, we will see my doctor and get a blood test. One sleep barrier that became apparent to me was my phone. I am on it before I go to bed, and it most likely keeps my brain awake longer than it normally would be. This could possibly be due to the blue light emitted
