Unformatted text preview: ange of retention times. Two unique metabolite mixtures (mix1 and mix2) represent different experimental conditions (e.g. control and treatment). Each mixture was created independently twice, mimicking biological replicates of each experimental condition Four metabolite mixtures (2 conditions X 2 replicates) were derivatized and analyzed using gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC/MS) in two independent experiments as technical replicates, demonstrated in table 2. The chemicals, their concentration and presence in each mixture are listed in table 1. Among them, nine metabolites: 3-aminobutyrate, lysine, fructose, glucose, adipic acid, isocitric acid, pimeric acid, shikimic acid, erythritol, were common to both mixtures. Eight metabolites, 4-aminobutyrate. Glycine, Leucine, Trehalose, Citric acid, malic acid, arabitol, and mannitol are only in mixture 1, and glutamine, maltose, Sucrose, ribose, malonic acid, keto-isovaleric acid, quinic acid, and succinic acid are only in mixture 2. The contol included only adipic acid and pimeric acid. 10 2 10 +'('*2(&<6(<&4 .#(1"<(=$(=$##$%(#*($;#%",#("(1*9$%"#$'<M)&/$9( J**9(G+"'&#<(9"#"(%"#4$%(#4"0("('"%J$2(1$))<( 9"#"()$#@ R&)#&0J+&)4(=$#T$$0(S"%&"='$)(1$")+%$9(&0(( 9&b$%$0#(T"<)(U,"#$J*%&,"'2(%$"'MS"'+$9V@(?*+'9( )*1$(=$0$8#(F%*1(,*0S$%)&*0(#*("(9&b$%$0#( F*%1"#a( \%$(#4$(S"%&"='$)("''(*0($G+"'MF**#&0J2(*%(&)(#4$%$( "(1&;(*F(%$)5*0)$("09($;5'"0"#*%<(S"%&"='$)a*T(1"0<(*=)$%S"#&*0)("%$(#4$%$a Variable Names and Descriptions Variable Lot.Frontage Lot.Area Land.Rating Neighborhood Location.View O.All.Qual O.All.Cond Year.Built Year.Remod.Add Exter.Qual Exter.Cond Bsmt.Qual Bsmt.Cond Bsmt.Exposure BsmtFinType.1 BsmtFin.SF.1 Total.Bsmt.SF HeatingQC X1st.Flr.SF X2nd.Flr.SF Gr.Liv.Area X.Full.Bath X.2.Fixt.Bath X.Bedroom X.Kit...
