A long-term incentive not exceeding 25% of the total remuneration package as at the beginning of the financial period. This is based on the achievement of targets in respect to the financial performance of the Australia/NZ business units. The amount payable for the year ended 30 June 2010 has been calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date on which the Chief Executive Officer joined the Group. The incentives shall be paid by way of either cash or shares, the method of payment is at the entire discretion of the board. Any incentive payments due shall only be paid following the release of the full year’s results for the Group to the ASX in relation to that financial year.
