They will set up the Apple products, train the employees, and make sure everything stays working with dedicated support. I have noticed that a lot of stores are now using the iPod as a way to help their customers check out faster. I was in Urban OutFtters the other day and the sales rep used the iPod to see if they had an item in stock that I was looking for. I found it very convenient that the rep was able to Fnd out this information so quickly. Once ther brand has been established, this can be integrated with a pull strategy. A pull strategy requires a highly visible brand which can be developed through mass media advertising such as word of mouth advertising.
