He also solves complaints and problems of employees, thusdeveloping trust in them about the organization.5)Developing a work environment: A good leader should maintain personal relationships with employeesand should listen to their problems and solve them. He always listens to the views of employees and in theevent of a dispute persuades them to agree with him by giving appropriate explanations. In the event of aconflict, he handles it carefully and does not allow it to adversely affect the entity. A positive and efficientwork environment helps stable organizational growth.6)Coordination:A leader combines the personal interests of employees with organizational goals andachieves coordination within the entity.7)Creating a Successor:A leader trains his subordinates in such a way that they can easily replace him inthe future if he is absent.
