Using evidence ­based framework, this theory seeks to maximize the reputational protection afforded post ­crisis communication. I found it interesting that this theory relies on experiments rather than examined case studies; then again, being that crises may occur in various forms, creating and studying a particular case study wouldn’t be very effective in creating a general/overall theory.
