The article confirmed my thinking as correct, when it was stated that there is constant emphasis on process, rather than content. Feedback is a crucial part of outstanding interpersonal communication; it is also what is lacking in numerous organizations today. If external communication between any organizations and its outsiders is prioritized over communication internally, there is no likelihood in the employee ­manager relationships growing.
