Page 311 & 334 1) My definition of religion is the foundation of my spiritual life. I think people live their lives the way they do largely because of their religions. The purpose of religion for me is to keep me at peace. Religion is my way of talking to God and working through issues that without him, I know I couldn ʼ t get through. Religion also helps me to know the difference between right and wrong. It guides me to be a better person and to make the right choices. Religion is what I turn to when I have questions. I believe that God is the answer to all those questions that are bigger than ourselves. 2) My religious beliefs are those of the Catholic church. It does include a very firm belief in God. God is all knowing, all loving, and the creator of our universe. He has a plan for us all and wants us all to live our lives to the fullest by following the commandments and listening to what the bible has to say. I believe that Jesus is the son of God and he sent Jesus to us to teach us how to live a life of faithfulness. Jesus died on the cross for us, so I believe we live for him. 3) My mom was raised Catholic, therefore raising both my sister and me Catholic too. My beliefs are the same as my mothers, but are different from my fathers. My dad never really goes to church besides on special occasions. He was raised in a family that went to many different kinds of churches, so he never grew up with one faith. He
