Article 1369. The procedure for the reformation of instrument shall be governed by rules of court to be promulgated by the Supreme Court. PARAPHRASED VERSION: Article 1369. If a party wants the terms of a contract to be changed (or reformed) after it had already been signed, the party must file a case in court, unless both parties decide to change any or all of the terms which needs no court action. The rules of court approved by the Supreme Court shall govern the rules of a case for reformation.
