efficiently and effectively. This system contains five main parts of different categories as described in figure 13.1, page 401. Chapter 13 of Introduction to Business: recruitment and selection, training and development, labor relations, pay and benefits, and performance appraisal and feedback. Two categories I believe can change that would affect a business will be pays and benefits, and training and development. Our economy today is not as good as it was years ago, chance of finding a job with good pay and benefits such as medical or dental is rarely.
