Starbucks has enough flaws in their drinks that they should be focusing on that and not on getting their political, environmental, and social point of views out there. To emphasize on focusing on their drinks specifically, their mission statement says how they will always be, about quality and how they are passionate about ethically sourcing the finest coffee beans, roasting them with great care, and improving the lives of peoplewho grow them. Brand activism is used to win over customer but it is also used to alienate others. It shows that the ethics and virtues of the company is that they only want specific people shopping in their stores. Starbucks should focus more on good corporate ethics and making their products better. Also, Starbucks is a very large chain so it needs to make sure that all its services are the same in every store.
