It continues to innovate in a variety of areas including value chains, the economics of information, and change management. As BCG themselves put it, “Our objective is not to simply apply best practice, but to invent it.” Because of BCG’s reputation as an innovator, clients come to the firm with big problems requiring innovative solutions.
