One such general problem that has been used is the Missionaries and Cannibals problem, which you will solve in the Experience section of this ZAP. ZAPS #10: Missionaries &amp; Cannibals Experience Goal: Move 3 missionaries and 3 cannibals from one side to the other side of the river Procedure. In this experience you will see a river and the two river banks on either side. Figure 1 shows what the screen will look like initially. Three missionaries (top) and three cannibals (bottom) are at the left bank of the river. You can click each figure and drag it into the boat. When you click the start button the people that you have placed in the boat will sail to the other side of the river. However, there are certain constraints on moving missionaries and cannibals across the river which will be detailed shortly. You will be warned when you select an illegal move or when you select a senseless move. Constraints: (a) Avoid having more cannibals than missionaries on one side of the river; (b) A max of 2 people on the boat at any time; (c) At least one person is needed to operate the boat Figure1.
