Code Heads of state bodies, in the central executive bodies responsible secretaries of the central executive bodies or officials to whom in the established order the authority of responsible secretaries of the central executive bodies are given, and in the cases of absence of responsible secretaries of the central executive bodies or the mentioned officials heads of central executive bodies provide placement of this Code in buildings of state bodies in the places available for public viewing.
