Stop exercising if you feel short of breath, dizziness, numbness, tingling, abdominal pain,

- Women over 50 and men over 40 should perform physician supervised, graded exercise
stress test before engaging in vigorous activity.
Non- weight bearing activities are best to reduce risk of musculoskeletal problems.
Exercise should be at lower end of target heart range.
