Discuss the physiological changes that accompany aging and lit the general guidelines for maintaining an exercise program throughout lift. Definitions Asthma: a condition that reduces the size of the airways leading to the lungs; can result in sudden difficulty breathing. Orthopedic Problems - Objective is to find exercise that uses large muscle groups not associated with the problem area.
