Question 3 is based on the following fact situation:
Customer, aged twenty, went into Store at approximately 6:45 p.m. to look
at some suits that were on sale. The clerks were busy, and one of them told
him that he should wait on himself. Customer selected three suits from a
rack and went into the dressing room to try them on. Signs posted on the
walls of Store state that closing time is 9:00 p.m. However, because of a
special awards banquet for employees, Store was closed at 7:00 p.m. on this
