Your exam will NOT be graded if you fail to sign the honor code. A stapler will be provided at the exam and it is your responsibility to turn in each problem with any additional sheets of work whatever you turn in will constitute your exam. Show all work and assumptions. Any missing work will receive a grade of zero. You are also REQUIRED to turn in the handout and your formula sheet if you fail to do so, you will receive a grade of zero for your entire exam.
