If special arrangements are desired for visitors, you must contact Parking Services for approval and make any necessary arrangements. Temporary permits are available, for a fee, in certain circumstances. Fairfax Campus: Visitors park at pay parking areas only unless special arrangements have been made through Parking Services. The pay parking areas consist of three parking decks, Mason Pond, Sandy Creek, and Rappannock, and parking meters. The rate for the parking decks is $3/hour to a maximum of $12/24-hour period. The meter rates are $1.50 for increments of 10 to 30 minutes depending on the location of the meter. Arlington Campus: There is no visitor parking at the Arlington Campus. Prince William Campus: Visitors may park in the Occoquan and Discovery Lots with payment. The spaces in these lots are numbered. Payment is made at the pay station at the Occoquan lot kiosk or in the lobby of Discovery Hall. Instructions for the process are posted at the stations.
