Members have the opportunity to develop their skills in the areas of leadership, communication, public speaking, and group facilitation. LEADScholars is a leadership honor society unique to Mason. Members have superior scholarship and leadership skills, and exemplary character. LEADScholars recognizes excellence in the following areas: academics, athletics, student organizations, communications, and the fine arts. Leadership Mason Conference focuses on leadership skill development through large group and small workshop formats. Students enhance the leadership skills they already have while gaining new skills that are of benefit now and will be in the future. The Leadership Mason Conference occurs each year during the fall semester.
