stress; developing communication skills; managing anger;
and building healthy relationships.
Crisis intervention assistance is provided to members of
the university community who are experiencing crises
that affect their ability to function in the community.

this chapter. Self-Help Resource Library Multimedia resource materials are available for personal
development or academic projects and can be used
independently or in conjunction with counseling or
course work. Typical topics include managing feelings;
developing effective learning skills and strategies; avoiding procrastination; setting goals; building self-esteem;
