Hypotheses: For the protein and DNA standard curve experiments, it is predicted that the unknowns will be determined using the standard curve created from the obtained data. For the carbohydrate experiment, it is predicted that apple extract will have the highest amount of reducing sugar. For the protein experiment, a null hypothesis was tested (H 0 =there is no difference in the stated label of fat content and the actual fat content calculated) with an alternative hypothesis to be used if necessary (H A =The fat content
