The charters and by-laws of a company should show certain required notes: form, seat, name, aim, capital, identity of the associates (in the case of a partnership), rules relative to shares, to the distribution of profits, and to general stockholders’ meetings (for a corporation), etc. 2. To create a partnership there must be at least two partners. There is no minimum amount of capital needed because the partners, like an entrepreneur of a sole proprietorship, contributes their entire personal assets. 3. The growth of a company is measured by the increase of quantitative indicators like the sales figures, the total amount of capital, their market share, their labor force, or the volume of production. 4. Among the 60,000 French companies that had to deposit their balance sheet last year, 57,000 will without a doubt end up liquidating. 5. The internal growth characterizes a company who creates new capacities of production while developing their own resources. 6.
