Day 1: Cardiovascular activity: Move side to side, stretch harms, jog in place, Jumping jacks,Toe tap, Squats, Pop squats. (30 min)Heart rate within the moderate and high zone: 14Within the five minutes, I was filing energetically and trying to relax my body and to make myblood flow before starting the workouts.
