Day 1: Cardiovascular activity: Move side to side, stretch harms, jog in place, Jumping jacks, Toe tap, Squats, Pop squats. (30 min) Heart rate within the moderate and high zone: 14 Within the five minutes, I was filing energetically and trying to relax my body and to make my blood flow before starting the workouts. My lungs were feeling normal, I was trying to implement the 5 workouts for one minute each. When finishing the work out I feel exhausted and trying to gasp for air. At the end of the workout I didn’t want to continue doing the squats my thighs were burning. On a scale of 1-10, I feel a 3. There wasn't any energy left. After finishing the workout, I felt tired and the only thing I wanted to do was to sit down and breathe. My level of stress was less than what I started and my mind didn't think about anything. Day 2: Cardiovascular activity: Jump rope, High knees, Lateral shuffles, Squats (35 min) Heart rate within the moderate and high zone: I was feeling soreness in my thighs in my arms when starting the workout. On a scale of 1-10, I was feeling an 8. I had some energy but not a lot. I started slow with the jump rope and I tried to have control of the retheme of my hand and legs.
