Melissa Mann Yoga Yoga for Anxiety Even since I can remember, I have had anxiety. I dealt with it most of my life without treatment and avoided certain situations that would trigger panic attacks. But, as it was time to start interviewing for jobs last fall, I could not take the anxiety anymore. I would get a panic attack during every interview. Therefore, I finally went to a psychologist. I was prescribed Zoloft, and I would talk to a counselor every few weeks. She suggested that I exercise more and take yoga classes to help with my anxiety.
