Benefit 1: Residence Demographics of Students and Graduates The vast majority of students and graduates live in the Toronto area. Upon graduation, most continue to live in the same region. Some disperse into other areas within Ontario. This creates an advantage for our company, because these individuals are able to commute or move to this city without much change. Most of the time, these individuals seek employers that are located within the area over having to go to another province for job opportunities. Also, University of Toronto is divided into three separate campuses which include St.George, Mississauga, and Scarborough. These career fairs are held in all of these locations.
