So overall the box rotates counter- clockwise . Box D. F1 + F2 + F3 is zero so box does not translate. F1 creates no torque. The torques from F2 and F3 around the center are equal in magnitude, but opposite in direction, so they sum to zero and no rotation. So only box D is in equilibrium....
