A: The unanimous vote of all the three members shall be required for the pronouncement of judgment by a division. Decisions of the Sandiganbayan shall be reviewable by the Supreme Court on a petition for certiorari. Q: Is it mandatory for the Sandiganbayan to suspend a public officer against whom a valid information is filed? A: It is now settled that Section 13, RA 3019, makes it mandatory for the Sandiganbayan to suspend any public officer against whom a valid information charging violation of that law, or any offense involving fraud upon the government or public funds or property is filed.
