In manual systems each step involves a lot ofdocumentation and administration.In this case we are going to develop a risk management plan for the construction of a domestic house.This may include several factors of risk and its management in regards of a construction ofhouse.A Detailed Stakeholder AnalysisStakeholders plays a vital role in any project in risk assessment it is mandatory to look after concerns ofall stakeholders to keep the project running smoothly. Consult with internal and external stakeholders atevery step of the risk management process. In this way, you can be sure everyone understands why aprocedure has been put in place and takes the identification and management of risks seriously (AspireTraining & Consulting, 2017), as in the construction of domestic house following are the key stakeholders;Client/ Investor:Client is one of the main stakeholder, client is a person for whom the project is carried out, in this caseclient is to invest in this project also so that he became client and investor, usually client and investor aretwo different stakeholders but in domestic construction both are the same. Client is the one who have theauthority to approve or reject the designs and protocols in the construction. If the client does not have theconstruction expertise, they can rely on advice of professionals.Project Manager/Construction Manager:Project managers or in this case construction manager have the responsibility to look in to all aspects ofbuilding, working closely with all the engineers, architects, contractors and regulatory authorities, theylook after labors works, their health and safety, cost of goods, working pace, on site issues and such otherthings, in other words project manager is on site pivotal point of succession of any project (Wong, 2019).Site supervisor:Site supervisor work is to generally supervise and manage of the construction site, it’s the responsibilityof supervisor to assess hazards and risks, conduct inspections and make sure work should progressing.Engineers:Engineer duty is to develop construction plans, develop construction projects look after engineeringprocess and draft technical support documents
