(UNCLASSIFIED)EXECUTIVE SUMMARY07 Mar 21(U) THE FTX MISSION INSIGHTS CAN BE APPLIED TO THE NCO COMMON CORE COMPETENCY (NCOCCC) OF READINESS(U) (MLC 04-21)The NCOCCC Soldier Readiness plays a key role in unit readiness (NCOLCoE Bulletin No. 1-19). This competency includes: Army Inspections, Command Supply Discipline, Comprehensive Soldier Fitness (physical, spiritual, emotional, social, and family), Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Management, Resiliency, MEDPROs, Soldier Readiness, and Financial Readiness (NCOLCoE Bulletin No. 1-19). Readiness can be broken down as operational, tactical, and strategic level (Herrera, 2020). Operational readiness is the capability of a unit/formation, ship, weapon system, or equipment to perform the missions or functions for which it is organized. Tactical readiness centers onindividual units and their ability to execute the mission. Strategic readiness is based on “how well the nation and its armed services have prepared for the right types of threats
