The first difference between Marketing and Communication Objective is that Marketing Objective focuses on getting a new customer, making them to love your product and keeping them as your loyal customers while Communication Objective focuses on how will you achieve your marketing objectives. The second difference is the Marketing Objectives focuses of the Sales of the Company. The Communication Objectives focuses on the image of the company to the consumers. Example: on the selling process, if the salesperson closed the deal, it means that he/she convinced the client to avail the product. Availing the product is considered as Sales to the company and this is a Marketing Objective. After the client has purchased the product, the salesperson needs to follow up the client regarding their experiences on using it. What problems or what benefits did that client encounters while using the product. By doing this, the client will see the company as a responsible company.
