Ellie Lienhard Mrs. Bowl Civics 10/30/2020 Is This the Country the Founding Fathers Envisioned? This question is often hard to answer because it is yes while also being a no. It really depends on who you ask, along with how little or how much they understand the current world’s perspectives. In many ways, we’ve shown that this is the country the founding fathers envisioned. However, we’ve also shown ways the founding fathers might not agree with. Personally I don’t think we are living up to how the founding fathers would have wanted it. I think the founding fathers would disagree more than agree about how they envisioned it. However, how the founding fathers envisioned it, might not be the best for this country today. They envisioned how they wanted this country a long time ago.
