Nick WingateFinancial Responsibility essay3-11-14State Income taxThere are seven states that have no income tax at all, and then there are sixteen states that have an income tax of seven percent or higher. This is a big difference between the states. Why should one state have an income tax of almost 14 percent and then another have no income tax? That does not evenly distribute the money throughout the states. Which means our financials from state to state will not be consistent. So every state should pay some sort of income tax and also we should try to even it out percentage wise. Not have a state with two percent and another with fourteen percent, but have all states between seven to ten percent. Income taxes put more money into the states and the communities. If every state has an income tax then it will have more money coming to the things our states needs and make them better places. The first thing income tax would go into is the state’s education system. It will fund more educational school, classes and activities meaning the states test scores to increase. Our income tax also goes torwards our state and community law enforcement and public safety. This
