Masion maddison and Jefferson Question: The Bill of Rights did not come from a desire to protect the liberties  won in the American Revolution, but rather from a fear of the powers of the new  federal government. Assess the validity of the statement. Thesis: Despite what was is popularly believed and traditionally taught, the  conclusion that the bill of rights came from the desire to protect the liberties won  in the American Revolution happened is not supported with relevant evidence.  Although there was a some desire to protect the recently gained liberties in fact  the main reason was American fear of the newly created government .  The  colonist rather than wanted to maintain their rights that they fought from a tyrant  government but instead they wanted the rights because they had a fear of a  tyrannical government.  “”= Their opinions  1 st

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
