Christopher 1 Taylor Christopher Professor Nichols SP12 PSC103 SEC1 April 23, 2012 Extra Credit From my perspective, the material that has been discussed in this course has not changed the way I view or think about myself or the world around me. I have the deepest respect for sci- entists and their passion and interest to discover the unknown and unexplained in the scientific world. I believe it is crucial that mankind becomes familiar with and learns to adapt to the Earth in which we inhabit. However, I personally prefer maintaining a simplistic mindset in the subject of matter. In my opinion, science has the potential to be very dangerous in regards to one’s spir- itual walk with Christ if certain boundaries are not established. It is essential to become know- ledgable in this field of study, but it appears that many scientists and researchers exhibit such a competitive nature that they attempt to search for an explanation or reasoning behind every as- pect of God’s creation.
