Travis Edwards Professional Communication 1/29/14 1) (Intro) Being in College, the word ‘evolution’ comes into mind. a) I view it as a journey that one must go through from various stages throughout their college career. b) From each grade brings more difficulties which then translates itself to new accomplishments. With the recent accomplishments that I produced in my college career, I still see many problems for myself that I would like to fix for my future. c) (Thesis) The three problems that I would like to fix for myself would be Listening, the ideals of presentation, and job seeking after College. 2) (Body)The main and most important problem that needs to be addressed is my poor habit of listening. a) Now, when I say listening, I don’t mean me totally excluding what another individual is saying to me. What I mean is that I tend to not understand what the other person is saying to me. b) For example, last semester I was in a group project where I had to listen to different aspects and opinions of each person in the group.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
