Illustration Essay I was born and raised in a small, third world country located in Central America called Honduras. Its population is around 8,296,693 but numbers are not useful for people; to give you a picture on how small it is; Honduras fits __ times in __. Now, the neighborhood where I grew up and lived my entire for the past year is called Los Robles . Throughout the years I have notice its decadence in every aspect, being from lack of activity to corruption and I would say that back then it was a nice place where to grow up, not now. Just as the neighborhood has decayed, the other neighborhoods have as well, therefore the city as a whole has declined. I recall as a seven-year-old kid riding a bike around the neighborhood and speaking freely to the other kids that were hanging around. Some would be riding a bike just as I did, others would be riding their scooter or their skateboards. Boys would build up teams and usually play soccer and girls would enjoy the liberty of walking around with no problem or playing chalk game leaving sidewalks colorful.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
