This type of outsourcing arrangement could work for many organizations as long as the company involves a lot of strategizing, innovating, networking, collaborating and critical thinking as Pfizer does. It would work best for innovative companies that are constantly coming up with new products. 4. I think the organizational structure plays a big role in an organizations efficiency and effectiveness because it assigns certain aspects of assignments to different departments and creates a downward management assessment. If jobs weren’t split up amongst departments then the organization would be a jumbled mess and nothing would get done correctly or on time....
