The examination consists of three parts: 2 essay questions & quotation identifications (chosen from the primary documents from unit 3 ) . E SSAY A: One of the following essay questions below will appear on section A of the exam. According to Anne Moody, what was the central goal of the Civil Rights Movement? To answer this question, draw on Moody’s autobiography, primary documents, lectures, the textbook, and documentary film footage. Be sure to include FOUR events, passages, moments, individuals and/or themes from the book to support your argument. How did Moody's childhood influence her eventual activism?
