They have a relationship with their people similar to a shepherd and his flock It is in the interest of the powerful and the strong to look out for the people below them T: no you fatten them for slaughter The real end of the ruler is in his own self interest  The unjust person will not be able to accomplish anything because they will always be at  war with themself, while the just man will live a happy life because they have balance.
