Name the 5 forms of nonverbal communication: pre-interaction phase The phase includes gathering information about the client Orientation Phase The phase where you meet your client for the first time. Working phase The "bulk" phase Empathy The desire to understand and be sensitive to the feelings, beliefs, and situation of another person.
