Research Project Questionnaire Hypothesis: Child abuse does NOT create a violent adult offender. 1. Are you between the ages of 18 and 25? 2. Are you male or female 3. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being never abused as a child and 10 being frequently abused as a child) what number rating best represents your childhood experience? NOTE: If your rating is a 1 please turn in your questionnaire and thank you for your participation. 4. Have you ever verbally assaulted another person? Example: Yelling, threatening or using pro0fanity without actually touching the person. If so, how many times? 5. Have you ever physically assaulted another person? 6. Have you ever injured an individual badly enough to hospitalize them? 7. Have you ever sexually assaulted anyone? 8. Have you ever killed anyone? 9. Have you ever killed a small animal on purpose? 10. Have you ever killed a large animal on purpose? 11. Do you feel that your childhood abusers are responsible for your current violent
