I've seen our culture not live up to the ideal of equality of all persons before God in many different ways. My friend didn't get hired for a job at a fashion store because they told him he "didn't fit the part" as in he was too fat even though his resume was very good. I know that women are paid less on average than men who work the same job in many companies. I believe there needs to be more laws set to make things equal no

Maybe when interviewing for a job, the person doing the hiring shouldn't be able to see the person, but just hear their voice they can't make judgments which lead to the person not being hired based on an impression.
