Holloway From: Spencer Whittaker, Sophomore at Stetson University Subject: Personal Introduction and Information First and foremost I would like to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to advance my knowledge of Financial Accounting as I work to obtain my degree in Sports Business. My name is Spencer Whittaker and I am entering my sophomore year at Stetson University as a Sports Business Major. I am the product of two teachers in the Tampa Bay area where I was born and raised. My mother has her Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Montclair State University. My father has his degree in Education also from Montclair State. I was born in Tarpon Springs Florida and lived in the same home for my entire life. After high school I graduated with a 4.33 GPA as number 20 in my class. I won the Communications Technology student of the year in 2009 and the Wendy’s Male High School Heisman award as a senior. Along the way, I played 4 years of Varsity football as well as 2 years of varsity wrestling. During my
