I do agree that sometimes they man is better fit for the job at hand, but sometimes the women aren’t even given a chance to prove themselves before everyone assumes they aren’t for the position. I have learned a lot from our recent talk about diversity, and I know that sometimes I am quick to judge someone before I get to know him or her; I look at only the outward appearance and don’t take the time to really get to know them.
