1 The fourth meeting: -make plans for the evaluation with the Student -arrange for someone to type up the evaluation responses. -arrange to meet as a group before the last meeting to discuss and respond to the evaluation questions without the student or supervisor present. The last meeting is one of evaluation: (the student will not be present) -complete your evaluation process (page 6) by the end of November - later sign the evaluation forms with the student. -submit 2 copies of the written evaluation to the student (one for the student and one to be handed in by the student to the Director of Field Education) Please note that this evaluation is often referred to by the College in its assessment of the student … an assessment which , with the student’s permission, goes to the Diocese or other ecclesial body. - please be mindful that the student is required to submit this document to the College by December 6, 2013 (and by April 8, 2014).
