1 5) FEEDBACK Sharing feedback with one another is an important part of the learning process. Feedback offers the opportunity to become aware of gifts and areas of growth. However, feedback is not always easy to offer or to receive. The following segment offers insight into the process of sharing feedback with one another. Points to Remember: For feedback to be helpful it needs to be: 1. Timely: Choose the right time to offer feedback. Have a conversation at a pre- arranged time when the immediacy of an event has passed yet not too far into the future that the event is forgotten. 2. Useful: Feedback needs to be useful. Telling someone they are too tall or short is not useful. 3. Descriptive: Offering feedback may take a little effort to think about what you did and did not like and why you responded the way you did.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
